These booklets, in English and Chinese, help consumers understand long term care and help them think about what their care needs are, where they want to get care, how they can pay for care and what their rights are. In addition to questions they can ask themselves as they plan, the booklets also list a number of important resources and a table listing different types of long term care programs, the average cost of each program, the types of services offered, eligibility rules and payment options.
