New Programs to Improve Nursing Home Care in the Hudson Valley
The Long Term Care Community Coalition (LTCCC) is proud to announce a new initiative to deliver bi-monthly programs on nursing home care in the Hudson Valley. The programs are designed to provide stakeholders with actionable, data-driven insights and practical resources to enhance care quality and resident rights.
What to Expect:
• Customized Data Insights (30 minutes): Discover the latest trends in nursing home quality, safety, and performance indicators specific to our region.
• Educational Program on Resident Rights (30 minutes): Gain valuable information and practical tools to improve care and address challenges faced by residents.
These programs are open to all, including residents and their families, LTC Ombudsmen, and regional legislative and agency staff.
