This file contains select non-nursing staff for every licensed nursing home in the United States (that is in compliance with federal staff reporting requirements). It includes average hours per day for administrators, medical directors, pharmacists, dieticians, activities staff, and social work staff for the quarter. In addition, we have calculated the amount of time each facility provides for activities staff and social work staff per resident per day. Given that too many residents suffer from isolation and poor quality of life, we believe that activities and social work staffing levels are of particular interest.
Please note that the file is large and may take a few moments to download. Once it is downloaded, it can be easily searched by facility name or to identify and compare staffing levels in a particular state, city, or county.
