The guides for current and prospective residents include brief questionnaires that can be helpful in identifying personal needs and priorities, addressing areas of concern, etc… These questionnaires are also provided in separate files that can be downloaded and printed out or filled out on a computer, smartphone, iPad, or other electronic device.
